Shipping batteries by TNT express notes:

  • （#）New battery symbol takes effect on Jan.1st,2017（Figure A). But it can keep using the handling labels of existing lithium battery to Dec.31st, 2018. Only can use lithium battery symbol from Jan. 1st, 2019.
  • （*）Lithium battery labels can be exempted as the following two cases: 1）Not more than two packages in the same ticket. Each package has not more than 4 battery chips or 2 battery packs. Battery is installed in equipment. 2)The package only contains button battery which is installed in equipment.(including which is on the circuit board )
  • Cannot send mobile power which is defined as PI965(pure battery ) since Dec.27th, 2016.
  • Each CELL＞ 20WH or Each BATTERY ≥100WH belongs to dangerous good , cannot be sent.
  • Power of battery （WH)=｛battery capacity （mAh)*volt（V）｝/1000
  • The version of along with the cargo MSDS only accept 58th ,2017
  • The price is economic RMB not oil and fuel oil refers to TNT website every month
  • Cut-off time is Monday to Friday 09:00 am and only accept cargo in the weekend in Shenzhen city
  • Volume way: length * width * height/5000;Charged weight according to the bigger of volumetric weight and true weight
  • TNT will add RMB 155 per ticket because of special operation for the following any condition(adding the additional charge of fuel oil that month ) .TNT only will add once although cargo conforms to the following two or more conditions.
  • The cargo is not suitable for belt operation
  • Cargo weight is less than 30kg, but its any size is more than 120cm (length)*70cm (width)*60cm (height).
  • The cargo is too big when cargo weight is 30kg or more, but it’s any size is more than 240cm (length)*120cm (width)*180cm (height).
  • Additional charge for the destination of remote area is RMB 3.5 /kg. RMB 80 is the lowest charge per ticket. Remote additional charge will add that month’s fuel oil.
  • The charge of change the address is RMB 90 per ticket and adds the charge of fuel oil that month.
  • Add RMB 25 of Hong Kong export customs charge per ticket when the declared value is more than 120USD.
  • Import duty should be paid by receiver rather than prepayment and third-party.
  • In addition the duty must be paid by addressee if the receiver refuses to pay and is valid for one year.
  • The original ticket transfer, accept inbuilt and matched battery, refuse PI965 and mobile power
  • Single ticket cannot be more than 99 cases. Single cargo size cannot be more than 240*120*150cm to Saudi Arabia and cannot be more than 180*120*150cm to Egypt. Please consult us about other countries for big cargo transportation in advance.
  • Without compensating for delay, breakage and part of the loss .Total loss can be compensated according to declared value of the invoice and the maximum compensating is 100USD without freight.
  • Additional charge of cargo which cannot be stacked: RMB 220 per ticket (adding the additional charge of fuel oil that month),standard as follows:
  • Any pallet-load without flat surface 1.Any not palletized load without flat surface and cannot be put in Cage Trolley,2.Any pallet-load use nested tray,3.Any cargo without tray and flat surface
