Packaging Requirements for Battery of Air Freight from China to the United States

1. The single package shall not exceed 10kg. If the total billing weight of a single set is less than 100kg, the weight of one single packages of a set shall not be less than 5kg. If the weight is less than 5kg, it shall be charged as 5kg.

4. The dry battery shall be packed in honeycomb interlayer or compression plate, and lithium battery package can also be used.
5. The cartons after packing shall not be loose
6. One set with more than 25 packages need to be printed separately, which will not affect the delivery.





Other Additional Charges for Battery of Air Freight from China to the United States

1. If the battery power is more than 100W or the single battery is more than 1.5kg, 5RMB / kg will be charged, and if the single battery is more than 6.5kg, 10RMB / kg will be charged! Minimum consumption: 50RMB / set!
2. If the invoice value is more than 120 US dollars, RMB 25 / bill of export customs clearance fee shall be charged
3. RMB 30 / box delivery fee will be charged for batteries sent to Amazon FBA warehouse, private residence or business address.
4. Customs declaration fee of 300RMB / set + 200RMB / set, handling fee of Hongkong and delivery fee of 3RMB / kg (minimum consumption of 150RMB) are required for separate export declaration and refund;
5. For the goods that have been sent out and withheld by customs, a handling fee of 150RMB / single piece shall be charged. It will be calculated after customs seizure; if the customs does not withhold the goods, there will be no charge.
6. Send batteries to US recipients by air. If US express recipients reject the batteries and the batteries are returned to our US warehouse, we will provide a free processing for 7-day; if the batteries are returned to our US warehouse for more than 7 days, we will charge warehouse storage fee of 5 RMB per day; if the batteries are redelivered, we will charge again according to our start-up quotation in mainland China.

Compensation Standard for Battery of Air Freight from China to the United States

1: If the goods are not delivered to FedEx due to other reasons such as China port, airlines or customs withholding during the transportation of our company (if the goods have not been picked up by FedEx in the United States for more than 30 days, the customer can apply for compensation), the compensation standard is: free of freight; and compensation shall be made according to the declared value, but the maximum is no more than 40RMB / kg!
2: in case of loss after being picked up by FedEx in the United States, the maximum compensation shall not exceed 100USD / set according to FedEx compensation regulations; for high value goods, please purchase insurance by yourself.

Condition for Non Acceptance of Transportation for Battery of Air Freight from China to the United States

1. Do not accept the imitated products. For battery with label, customers can change the label / label / paint the label by yourselves. If we find a label, we will deduct the goods.
